At Blagio Market, we deliver orders to all governorates across Egypt and aim to prepare and ship every order as quickly as possible.

• Orders are confirmed and customer information is reviewed before shipping.

• Delivery usually takes between 2 and 7 business days, depending on the governorate and delivery location.

• Delivery times do not include Fridays or public holidays and may be extended during promotional periods and peak seasons.

• Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location, order size, and weight. The cost will be displayed at checkout or confirmed with the customer before shipping.

• Customers are responsible for providing a correct name, phone number, and complete delivery address. Additional shipping fees may apply if delivery fails due to incorrect information or failure to respond to the shipping company.

• Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they are handed over to the shipping company. Once an order has been shipped, our cancellation and refund terms will apply.

• Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours and provide clear photos of the product, packaging, and order invoice.

• Delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including shipping company delays, weather conditions, or public holidays. We will assist you and follow up until your order is delivered.
